In the last Body Rx Workshop, we’ll gently release the stress that builds up in your upper chest, head, face, and jaw—especially around the Heart and TMJ. So much tension gets stuck here! We live life face and heart first and build tremendous grip patterns. Using Body Rolling with balls and touch and tell anatomy plus breathwork, this deeply calming work will aid in releasing and realigning old trauma from dental work, sinus congestion and is perfect practice for the Fall and Winter season.
